Oxygen Admin CourseThe Emergency Oxygen Provider Course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to administer emergency oxygen in dive-related emergencies. This course is ideal for scuba divers, boat crew, lifeguards, freedivers, and anyone who spends time around water.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Identify when oxygen is needed: Recognize scuba diving injuries and illnesses that require emergency oxygen.
  • Assemble an oxygen unit: Learn how to put together and use emergency oxygen equipment.
  • Administer emergency oxygen: Practice deploying a non-rebreather mask and a demand inhalator valve on a breathing diver, and attaching a rescue breathing mask to an oxygen unit for a non-breathing diver.

Course Structure:

  1. E-Learning: Complete 2-4 hours of online training.
  2. Instructor-Led Session: Meet with your instructor for practical skill development and application.

Certification Requirements:

  • Prerequisites: None
  • Age: No age restrictions, but participants should be able to handle the course content.
